Meeting Rooms

The Kelley Library has 2 meeting rooms that may be reserved for use by local non-profit and community groups:

Beshara Room: This is the largest space with room for groups of 25. The room can be set up to your specifications and has a projector screen. A laptop and projector can be reserved. A television and DVD player are also available for use. The room includes a small stage space.

Conference Room: This is the smallest space suitable for groups up to 8.

Please be sure to read the meeting room policy for guidelines on reserving space as there have been recent changes to the procedure. You can print the Request for Reserving the Meeting Room application to fill out to reserve space or pick one up at the library. This application must be presented along with a Kelley Library card to start the reservation process.

It is highly recommended that you also take time to review the Rules for Meeting Room Use before using the room. These guidelines are also posted in all meeting rooms for your reference.

Groups interested in offering a program to a larger group should talk with the library director before making any plans. Such programs must be of general interest and representative of no single point of view. Please be sure to read the Library Program policy for details
